Cleanest, almost new linen
I lost some clothes. When i asked they said they could not find the nice ones i lost, but only one of them, which was not all that cool.

The Hotel is located next to Eastgate shopping mall which makes it very handy for most of your shopping experience and restaurants.
The hotel needs a little revamp furniture wise sofa are terrible and tv signals are bad wheel bin noise early in the morning.

Location - Near Airport Near almost all meetings hub and near neighbour hood and East gate Mall
It doesn’t even match with 3 star rating highly inconsistent in the services.
A lot of noise in and around property in night and early morning.
At checkin no formal briefing for inclusions exclusions.
Staff doesn’t bother to check internally whether the breakfast included in booking or not and reached direct to guest claiming your booking doesn’t include breakfast.
The Refrigerator and Microwave kept were in horrendous condition and looked like a second hand purchase from Scrap market. These were changed on day 3 though with a brand new piece.
To my surprise I was told at checkout that there is no water policy in hotel booking. Heard first of its kind and would like to have this confirmation in writing. No water was given for last two days while other days 1 bottle was kept without asking.
Very standard and limited breakfast options - Could do better.
I paid for room extension the asked amount until 7pm but to my surprise the room service for room upkeep was not even touched that day. Very surprising.
