Everything. The location, the property, comfortable beds and lovely apartments, the place is just beautiful. There is a recreational area at the roof top with a jacuzzi and braai area, lovely scenery of the area.
I believe they can improve on their breakfast offering.

Easy to get to from airport, great size of hotel, really comfy bed, nice shower and amenities! We decided on the last day that as we weren’t flying out till 9pm to just book the hotel for another day so that we cools stay for the day! They also organized a driver for transfers to and from airport! Say hello to Shadow for us!!

The security staff were exceptional . They went the extra mile to see that you were safe .
No proper coffee in the rooms or at the breakfast area . If one wanted an Americano for example at breakfast you had to first pay at reception and then get a slip to get the coffee . Real budget hotel stuff .Filter coffee available had been standing for hours . No proper working space in the rooms , a dressing table with no proper lighting was all that was available .
