Location, staff , value facility etc
No ticket was assigned to identify my luggage. I was simply asked to leave it in the same place as everyone else’s. I did not think that was the best option. If there had been another piece of luggage similar to mine, there could have been a mistake. This could have been easily avoided.

Location is nearby central bus station ,hotel is centraly located.Entering area is very good ,like four star hotel.There is swimming pool on the top.Breakfast is buffet.
Rooms could be biger.Old fashioned furniture.Windows doesn't provide sound isolation from the street noise .

The hotel is located very close to the main bus station, very practical. The staff has been very friendly, reception is always present and free luggage storage after the checkout. There was a book about the city in Spanish, so a peculiar attention to the local history. The interiors are vintage, quite tidy. The breakfast was included and served in an interior garden. I would recommend for a short staying.
Unfortunately the view from the window was unhappy... on an inner passage, with no fresh air, dirty tubes and noise from other rooms. The floor in general was pretty loud because near a lift. The sleeping has not been good since the room is not soundproofed.

Ideal ,quiet location, room very clean.
Staff very pleasant and professional.
Breakfast dishes cleared promptly.
We thought we wre having 2 single beds.
We had a double bed which was on the small side.
The breakfast was plentiful but the bacon had very little flavour. We prefer typical Spanish bacon.
