Great location, friendly staff. Basic breakfast. Nice for 2-3 days,. Good facilities. It was warm, there is a fan. I had no balcony (wasn't included in my room). The price it was OK. I really liked the large TV.
The room is small, I wouldn't reccommend more than a few days as solo person.

As a black person visiting a country for the first time , I was afraid by the possibility that i would get a bad treatment . But not really I’ve been receive correctly everything was beautiful as it show on the picture

This modern, small but suberbly formed boutique hotel, suited us perfectly.
Helpful and extremely friendly reception staff on both our arrival and departure.
Early check-in available and luggage storage too..
The rooms are simple but offer space, comfort and good value for money.
The bathrooms are excellent, light, bright and like the rest of the hotel immaculately clean.
It was our second time staying here and we would definitely book again if return to Puerto de la Cruz.
We chose this hotel for its location.
The location is superb, with everything at hand. Set within the old town, with its beautiful colourful building's, fantastic art works, lovely restaurants, and only minutes from the beach and attractions.
The bus stop to explore is within minutes too..
And when you need to relax,
the hotel offers a great rooftop, with comfortable loungers and
hot tub.
We were only disappointed that our stay was only for 3 nights..
A couple of details that the management were quickly able to rectify however..
The balcony is very small, but lacked chairs and table offered with our previous room.
So unusable, other than a juliette,
We were disappointed by this..
And the room details advertised a desk. The room easily had space for one. I don't work on holiday, but use as a separate area, for basically bits and pieces to basically get ready on an evening etc.
We were thrilled that a couple of small chairs were found that fit in the balcony space and also a trellis style table for the bedroom, which was ideal for our needs.
So our problems easily resolved.
