Great location. Very clean everywhere. Fridge in room appreciated. Nice pool & sun loungers.
No air conditioning or fan in the room. The room was extremely hot all night. It stated on the Booking.com English page description that there was a/c at this hotel. When I spoke to Reception they were very surprised because there is no a/c in any room! They also checked the description on the Spanish & German pages but it didn't say there was a/c at all. The hotel apologised to me. Apparently there were fans in the more expensive rooms but that wasn't clear on the description either.

Good hotel close to the city center, nice staff, large room with amenities
The plumbing and furniture are a bit old, but overall everything works and doesn't interfere with your rest.

It was close to the centre of Puerto, and it was clean.
Trying to park nearby was awful. We parked about 300 metres away eventually. The hotel was dated and in three different buildings. The breakfast was very poor - cold cooked breakfast and poor selection of cereals.
