Exceptional

The kitchen was very well equipped, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable (the sofabed is just like a real bed when folded out - springs, mattress, already made up, etc). The balcony with a little table and chairs. All very well thought out. The location near Ordino is great for walking routes - Llacs de Tristaina, Vall de Sorteny, and the Camí de Ferro just across the road from the hotel. We went in summer, though in winter there is the excellent Ordino-Arcalis ski resort (high up, north facing - often described as the best snow in Andorra). It's the second time we've been to this hotel and we will definitely try to go back!!

All very correct

The kitchen was well equipped (cutlery, casseroles...). They also provide some cleaning products. Our dogs were welcomed.

Pre-stay I enquired about parking situation... Got 3 different answers. It was confusing. When I finally arrived, turned out the only option was free street parking. The other maybe not so great thing was the a bit too early checkout time at 10 am.

Apartment was perfect for a weeks stay with our dog. Beautiful surrounds, easy parking, good communication with managers. Definitely recommend.

Superb

Very clean and comfy. Amazing surrounding view of the mountains. Plenty of safe parking.

Quite a laborious check-in process, but I understand they are just protecting their property. The kitchen had no basic cooking supplies (e.g. oil, salt) and it seems we weren't supplied any body or hair wash for the shower, so felt a bit skimpy on consumables. If these were provided, I would probably have given a 10.

Wonderful hotel! Excellent location, very convenient for walking. The room has well-thought-out ergonomics, everything is comfortable and there is enough of everything. Very friendly hosts. A very cool dog greets guests, well-mannered and friendly, knows how to get along with any other dog (we were with two dogs). Thanks!

Well located and comfortable apartment

Run by a friendly and helpful Dutch family the apartment had a view across the road to some fields and hills. The road is not too busy but there is regular noise but didn't bother us. Nice balcony chairs and table to sit outside. The apartment was clean although a little dated in some aspects. Everything considered it was a nice place to stay.

Would have been good to have some coffee for the machine for the first night or have capsules available for purchase. No electrical sockets in kitchen. The fridge opens the wrong direction from where it is located so hard to access it. Small points but would be easy to fix these things.

Nice hosts, free parking, good Wi-Fi (needed for UE citizens), beautiful country.

Location is by the road, on the way to a very nice viewpoint in the Andorran mountains. Pretty much space for an apartament, beds were confortable. Interesting concept with guests asked to clean the accomodation.

A money deposit is requested at the check-in.

Beautiful, spotlessly clean apartment in a great location.

A lovely apartment, spotlessly clean (like new) fully equipped and super-comfy. We settled in immediately and really enjoyed our stay (even asking if we could stay a bit longer!). The road to Ordino-Arcalis passes in front of the hotel, but don't let that put you off, because it's it means that you have the village of Ordino at 10 minutes drive and the mountains (with Llacs de Tristaina - the Tristaina Lakes) less than half an hour in the other direction. Of course, you might prefer to stay in the apartment and watch the foals and calves playing in the field next door! The great discovery for me was the Ruta de Ferro - a wonderful old path from Ordino to (I think) the top of the mountains at the end of the valley. The path is well maintained and truly beautiful (at least as far as we got (up the oath to Llorts and down to Ansalonga - not so far, I know, but I'd love to see more of it). There is a scrupulousy observed rule of silence in the apartments after 10pm, so you can expect a great night's sleep - if you are looking for a late nightparty apartment, this is not the place for you! The staff were very friendly and helpful and only too happy to help with anything you might need (the owners are Dutch and speak excellent English). Don't forget to order bread or cakes for breakfast and you will find it hanging outside your door in the morning (if you are not having the excellent (I hear) hotel breakfast, that is). That's all folks! We hope to be back there again soon!!

Pleasant stay in well located hotel but lack of breaksfast, street noise and poor restaurant.

Hotel is located in the small village so heavy traffic in main cities of Andorra is not so anoying. Well located if you want to go into the montains in Arcallis. Staff is very friendly.

Due to Covid-19 the breakfast was not available in the hotel, even in the restaurant located in the same building. It was possible to order some bread and crossants and the staff arranged some butter and jam but anyway it wasn't as comfortable as we wanted. We were not happy with the quality of meals served in the restuarant but luckilly we found good restaurant in the next village. We had a room with the street view and it was quite noisy in the morning.

Cosy but spacious apartment for ski holiday

Peaceful, cosy and spacious one bedroom apartment with valley views and everything we needed to cook our own meals. Great base for driving to Grand Valira and Pal Arinsal ski fields. Parking by the door. Owner very friendly and speaks multiple languages. Really enjoyed the local food at the on site restaurant the one night we ate there. Surrounding area is quiet with a few small towns but some gorgeous walks. Not far from Ordino and La Massana by car. Great value for the size of the apartment and facilities!
