El entorno y la atención, lo mejor
Falta de mantenimiento
La tele no funcionaba, tuvimos que llamar a recepción para que vinieran a revisarla y el chico de mantenimiento dijo que esa tele estaba mal, se veían muy pocos canales, se nos apagó varias veces, para volver a encenderla había que darle varias veces al botón físico de la tele y esperar a que tuviera ganas de encenderse
Los enchufes de la cama, no funcionaban y tuvimos que cargar los móviles en el lavabo y otro en el suelo del pasillo
Los muebles de la terraza estaban quemados del sol y reparados con muy mala gana, te clavabas todos los clavos del remiendo con el riesgo de hacerte daño o dañar la ropa

Las habitaciones son amplias , la cama cómoda y en el baño el plato ducha muy cómodo
Teníamos pensión completa y vi muy poca variedad en el menú, el desayuno era buffet libre y todo muy bueno

I was passing through the village whilst doing the Coronallacs hike, and this hotel was one of the lower cost options that was available for a one night stop. The location was therefore good as it was right on the trail, and the surrounding countryside was spectacular. The shower worked well and there was a bar and restaurant on site. A buffet breakfast was included in the price. The lady on the reception was friendly and helpful.
On entering my room, it was clear that it hadn't been cleaned. The staff were apologetic and got right on to sorting it out while I waited in the bar. The room was fairly basic, but functional. There was no air-con and it did get fairly warm in the night, so worth noting if planning to stay during the warm season. Although the lady on reception was friendly and helpful, the other staff seemed miserable and not particularly helpful.
