Location, the views (worth upgrading to guarantee a balcony room overlooking Ordino), the breakfast, free parking, tennis court, pool, friendly staff, comfy bed, spacious bathroom with his and hers sinks.
Very picky comment, but personal preference would be if the pool was heated.

An excellent hotel, excellent breakfast fairly uncommunicative staff.
Lack of warmth and empathy by the staff. Also whilst the views from our rooms balcony were spectacular,it was out of town so we had drive into town to find a restaurant because the hotel restaurant were unable to accommodate us for an evening meal.

What a location , looking down on Ordino during the day & night was amazing. There is a shuttle bus that takes comes up from the town every 30mins - 20 cents.

Good views from balcony
Inclusive deal was good, food was fine.
Tv bar was welcome during World Cup.
Coffee was not good at breakfast bar, we both were unable to drink it.
One hotel receptionist who checked us in was not friendly.
No fans in rooms would be a problem if the weather is warm (we went in July)
