The Staff all worked as a team and would help at all times on all issues.
Like all beds in Italy they tend to be Firm and as you get older you like a softer bed.

The location of the hotel is super. We had an amazing room with infinite view over the lake.

The location and views over the lake were wonderful. The room was quite large with a nice balcony and comfy bed. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast and tea/coffee service was a bit disappointing and it was quite expensive for one night.

The view, the staff, the breakfast.
All the sounds at night keeping us awake especially the AC compressor of our neighbors, in addition to the traffic and the train running all the night.
Our bathroom needed some maintenance because the sink and the shower basin were broken.
