The location is great, it's near Brussels and the hotel was very quite. All looked pretty cleaned and the room looked fairly new. There is parking ourltaide and the check in/out process was flawless.
It was terribly hot in the room, even sleeping with the window open didn't help. They did put a little fan but it didn't help, only at 5am when temperatures were a bit lower. Unfortunately it was a bad experience from that point of view. Recommend for one night only in the summer.

The property served the purpose of crashing for a night and leave in the morning. It is right outside the city limits and a bus station is right outside the main gate of the hotel where the bus takes to directly to Midi station in ~12-15 mins. Another good thing about this property is that the parking is free here, so you can leave the car here and explore the city. The rooms are small but cozy.
One challenge with using the bus is that while returning in the evening, there is no bus service to the bus station outside the hotel. The last bus to the station probably ends at 6 in the evening, which is too early for a tourist city.
I had to take the taxi back to hotel. It would have costed me the same to take the car and park it right in the city center for few hours.
The beds were not too comfortable.
The soap dispenser was empty in the bathroom and since I was reaching the hotel late in the night and would leave early in the morning for the 2 nights I stayed, there was no chance I could have asked the housekeeping. The reception is closed in odd hours.
