Room is big and they prepared a fruit plate with wine for us. they upgraded our room also which is nice. they have app to follow the program in the hotel or any request you have. Very big breakfast buffet you can find anything. so many pools so great for families with kids who enjoy pools. there is a market next to hotel which was great :) and lots of catss
Some staff doesnt understand english so you need to make sure to share your request with reception. there was a comminication issue for cleaning the room. and the cats were thin in the facility. I felt like they dont get fed..

Staff are very warm and welcoming and go above and beyond to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Some of the decor seemed dated around the resort, but overall very well kept and clean.
