We had a really good stay and would absolutely come back.
The location is probably the biggest highlight. Faliraki is a great base for exploring Rhodes, and the hotel has a very comfortable sandy beach with easy access to the sea. We stayed in the same part of the island for the second year in a row, and the beginning of September is just perfect: warm sea, beautiful weather and not unbearably hot.
The hotel itself is not new, but for us that really wasn’t an issue. We came mainly for the sea and the beach and spent very little time in the room.
Our room was extremely spacious and had a divider in the middle, which makes it very comfortable for families, parents travelling with children, or even four adults.
We didn’t use the swimming pool, but the pool area looked nice and there were activities such as aqua aerobics and live music during the day.
The food was very good overall. Almost everything we tried was tasty and there was enough variety that we didn’t get tired of the buffet.
The staff were friendly, helpful and, importantly for us, not intrusive. You can simply relax and enjoy your holiday without constantly being approached.
Another huge advantage is that some boat tours can pick you up directly from the hotel beach. We took a Popai boat tour and it was one of the highlights of our trip.
Overall, if your priorities are a great location, beautiful sea, an easy sandy beach, good food and a relaxed holiday, this is a very good choice.
The drinks were probably the main weak point for me. I understand that you cannot expect premium alcohol from an all-inclusive at this price point, but the coffee and cocktails could definitely be improved.
We also had one uncomfortable situation with the cleaning staff. They knocked on the door and wanted to clean the room, but we had just come back from the beach and were not properly dressed, so we asked them to please come back a little later. They explained that they had a very tight schedule, which I completely understand, so I asked if they could simply give us a couple of minutes. However, one of the staff members then entered the room anyway. It was a very strange and uncomfortable moment, and I do think guests’ privacy should be respected in situations like this. One of them (who didnt enter and was polite) apologised though.
Also, the tennis equipment really needs to be replaced. The rackets are in very poor condition and the tennis balls are also old and not really suitable for playing anymore.

The hotel has a beautiful private beach and sea, and the location is very convenient. There is a bus stop right next to the hotel, with buses going to both Lindos and Rhodes. The staff are great and very friendly, and there is a good selection of fresh fruit. Guests could also enjoy the activities available, such as paddle and tennis, as well as the live music in the evenings.
Unfortunately, the quality of the food really affected our stay. The variety is big, but most dishes were either tasteless or simply not very good. I don’t consider myself a picky eater, but towards the end of our stay, I even felt sick from the smell of the food. I ended up eating mostly pizza, which was actually quite good.
There are also two à la carte restaurants. The Greek restaurant uses the same kitchen as the main restaurant, so the food tastes quite similar, although it is presented more nicely. The dessert was good. The burger restaurant, however, had at last a good food.
Another downside is the use of plastic straws. Although they are described as reusable, they seem to be used only once and were left all over the beach. I personally found at least 10 straws in the sand within a minute. It would be much better to replace them with an ecological alternative or simply remove them.

Great location next to Faliraki we had a car and it's 5 min ride but you can also walk if you're not as lazy as us (around 20min).
The sea is really nice. The pools were great. This was the highlight of the trip!
The animation was not heavy some nice music group in the evening. You have a lot of activities included like aquagym or paddle you can book that my husband loved! There is a woman making crepes in the bar of the pool all the afternoon and they were actually tasty.
The staff was really nice and caring after we complained about a few things and tried their best to make us happy after all.
When we first booked they put us in a room outside of the hotel across the street (big road) with a catastrophic bed quality. No one help you carry your luggage when you arrive and they even told me to walk faster...
If you book the sea-view room like our family members did you'll be in the good location hotel with a much better quality of bed but if not It's more of a 3 star standard. The food was very various choice but really cheap version in the evening especially. We didn't get sick or anything but the plates were not clean and they were really stingy on the food and drinks quality. People literally queuing to get a few pancakes in the morning... Don't expect to drink a real coffee or a regular soda can everything is cheap like a machine you press a button in McDonald.
If you're expecting a good value for money you will have it but if you're goal is to consume normal amount not get drunk everyday with cheap alcohol and enjoy what you consume this is not the place. There is not even a fast food next to the hotel close-by so you would have to walk like 20-30min to Faliraki if you want to escape the all-inclusive vibe.
