Loved the entertainment for all the family from the very young to the more mature adults….lots for everyone to do ….loved that it was on the beach….entertainment staff were outstanding, so encouraging, so inclusive and so friendly and always full of enthusiasm. A great family hotel.
I thought the reception/ foyer / bar areas could all do with updating and adding a touch of warmth….a little touch of luxury…add in some lamps. I think you should be allowed to request an iron to your room…this is a basic requirement.

Water was super clean and nice. Stuff was incredibly helpful with everything. The food was there almost 24/7. We had plane later on the last day and the hotel offers possibly to store luggage for free, have shower and have lunch. Also even if we came to the beach at 10am we could still find place to lay down without issues.
When we checked in we had room with a sea view booked, but view was partially covered with building in front, we asked to change it and since there was room available, we had it changed without charge.
As well I believe it’s well separated, even if it’s family hotel, there are obviously a lot of kids and facilities for them, but areas some how good spread that kids didn’t bother us.
It’s inconvenient to get into the sea. There is a lot of stones small and big slippery once’s so you always beed to find a path in between them trying to keep balance to get into the sea.
It was fairly boring. We are young couple and honestly there was nothing for us to do there except eat, sleep and swim in the sea. There were some concerts in the evening but places were usually occupied fast by families.
Also you can have excursions there but it’s mostly boat tours and that’s it.
As well about shower option on check out, capacity is very limited and you need to book it in advance. Also 30 min between people for cleaning might be too much considering that it wasn’t that clean when we were there.
Regarding food, if you there for a week it’s fine, but then options start to repeat itself and there is a lot of „kids food“ - pasta, burgers, fries, donuts, ice cream. But rather little „grown up“ food.
As well couple times our room wasn’t cleaned even of we had a sign on to clean it, so we had to call reception so cleaning would be done, but then it was done fast.

Rooms are very nice and modern. We’ve had a garden view, but if I’d stay again I’d opt for a sea view, it’s spectacular.
Food was great. Lots of options to choose from and it was very tasty, what sometimes is a problem for all-inclusive. Drinks were also good, there are juices and smoothies and lots of other soft drinks, cocktails tried only once, was very tasty and made from international liquors, not local brands.
Swimming pools are very nice and clean, plenty of sun beds. And entertainment team would keep you and children busy through the day. Also lots of sun beds on the beach.
Location is easily accessible from the airport and Rhodes city, very short drive.
Overall we loved the place and had lots of fun there.
Soundproof in the rooms wasn’t ideal, we could hear the music until 11pm, not too loud, but still. And also during the day there was some banging noise, we didn’t stay inside much, but it was a bit annoying, don’t know where it was coming from though.
Beach was nice overall, it has pebbles, which is ok, but what I didn’t like is when you enter the water there is a huge stone plate, which is very difficult to walk on and is slippery.

Big pool, nice property, many beach beds for free.
Dinner is at the same place as breakfast. Feels like cheap buffet during dinner.
Staff is polite, but they will never bring you something, offer you something or do something you.
There is feeling they try to save money whenever they can.
