The location was amazing, the staff and room service were perfect. The food was so nice. The room was perfect too. The surrounding area and the facilities were perfect.
The bed was two singles pushed together which became very uncomfortable and annoying. We also had a room at the top of the hill which we didn’t mind walking up, but we paid for a pool room with a “sea view” which was completely blocked by trees. We also requested to have a room with a see view and were not given one which was very disappointing.

The room is basic, clean, and well-maintained; breakfast and dinner are excellent.
You need to buy drinks at the diner; they don't offer free drinks, water, or juice.

Super clean, amazing staff, good champagne, calm and quiet atmosphere
The shower in our room was a little small, but it wasn’t that crucial. Spa though was full booked, it’s a shame we couldn’t use it

The hotel facilities were great, the pool, gym, bars, restaurants etc. were all great
The linked Ammades beach wasn’t great, there are far better beaches in Rhodes. Also while the rooms were very spacious, and clean, they are a little aged and could use a revamping
