Overall trip was amazing.
It was just what we needed for an actual relaxing holiday.
Breakfast buffet amazing, worth noting you can go to the greek restaurant for breakfast too which we didn't know about until near the end
Food is amazing, unlimited cocktails was so good, couldn't believe could drink infinite amaretto sours.
The Ala Carte restaurants are decent, the Latin American was the best one we went to, unfortunately the Greek wasn't too good which is a bit ironic.
Loved the water park, the pool was amazing and loved the beach.
Always felt like we could find space somewhere.
Beds were comfy enough, 2 TVs in the Junior Suite was great
Staff amazing, we had an issue with motion sensor and Air Conditioning, and Katerina from guest services went above and beyond to make things right for us.
She gave us 2 complimentary dinners in the restaurants, 2 VIP breakfasts and a free transfer to the airport, so I felt very well looked after
We also went to the spa for massages which were great too
The entertainment was also great and our kid loved it
We would love to go back
The Ala Carte restaurants were hit and miss. Latin america great, italian was the worst one, greek was unfortunately not great.
As I mentioned above, we got 2 VIP breakfasts as a way to make up for some room issues, but I don't know what the VIP part was. They brought out a spread when we got there of food, but it seemed all that could also be ordered all inclusive on the menu also, so not sure what the VIP part was

Everything and everyone were really amazing! Especially Georgia who was so pleasant and lovely.
Would definitely recommend and comeback to this amazing hotel.

We had a great stay. The hotel and room were amazing, the facilities are great. The private beach is a huge plus, and is also very clean.
The food in the main buffet is average. You can find something to eat with the variety, but I would have expected the quality and taste to be much better.
We mainly ate from the street hub, and booked the Italian for one night which was fine.

The resort was very nice and in a good location close to Rodes Town
The insistence of the hotel on a App. Customers who spend all year in their regular lives in phones and apps to navigate life shouldn't be forced to self serve themselves on apps at a 5 star luxury resort getaway. The price implies service and self serve apps are not service. It's simply making the guest work for you!
