The staff, selection of food, facilities, entertainment was all excellent. Really enjoyable trip and the staff were very helpful when we fell ill during the trip also. Highly recommended and will be returning

A good hotel with very good choices of food, but you do have to be very very quick to book via the app provided.

The rooms (Bungalow) are beginning to look a bit tired and need updating. They are not shabby, just ready to be upgraded (which I think is in progress)

Stayed in executive suite. Very friendly stuff. Clean. Beautiful. Awesome cocktails and bars. Very good beach and pools. Few musicans every evening. Activities for kids. 5-6 restorants at dinner. Very good gym!

Pool is not warmed (cold if not in the summer), food at lunch perhaps could be better (but dinner was great!)

the food in general is not the best, there’s loads of quantity but the quality is less. breakfast was good. I didn’t expect more from an all inclusive hotel either so it was ok.

Really lovely break, 8 restaurants we ate in a different place every night, lots of entertainment and fantastic location. We had an excellent holiday ❤️ Greek food is amazing, people are so lovely and Rhodes is stunning 🤩

There was plenty of space to enjoy the holiday, even though the hotel seemed busy it never felt over crowded. The pool is amazing and also the staff are wonderful, especially Maria on reception. The evening entertainment was lots of fun.

The selection of snacks available is limited, mainly ice cream and cakes. Could do with having fruit and healthier snacks available throughout the day.

The beach was good, plenty of sunbeds. The beach bar was a lovely setting. The staff were friendly, and quick service and the access to tennis, crazy golf, table tennis etc was enough to provide some extra activity for the day. Enjoyed the fish at the seafood restaurant for lunch, and the children enjoyed the teppanyaki. Good access to some water sports on the hotel beach front which the children really enjoyed.

Some of the food was average: focused on offering too much, rather than less but better quality. For example, you couldn’t get a real fruit juice for breakfast, just watered down drinks. Some of the food where they made it at the restaurants (gyros, omelette station, seafood) was better. However, we struggled to get reservations given we were only staying 4 nights and can’t book before you arrive. Many tables seemed to be free for a while yet they said fully booked. We managed to get a table for 2 for the children at the teppanyaki, but we then had to eat at the buffet as nothing else available in any of the other restaurants that evening. The beds were too firm, and the children's beds in the room came with just a sheet and stiff top cover, unlike the adult bed which came with a thin summer duvet leaving them feeling uncomfortable at night.

Good selection at buffet. Very engaged, attentive and proactive personnel. Access to the beach with free sun beds. Some restaurants are really good (Miraflores, Arun Teppanyaki, Mediterranean). Quite good balance of entertainment options. Some evening programs were real highlight. Main bar have good selection of drinks and cocktails and we hardly witnessed queue more than 5 people and in most of occasions we were either first or second in the queue. We never had an issue to find available sun beds on the beach around 9 am.

Generally facilities are quite old (both public areas and rooms) and even though there are visible attempts to refresh hotel it is most definitely not enough. Some public areas are really contemporary, while others are still have a lot of flavour of 1980th. Rooms have seen some re-decoration, but for example new AC unit installed revealed tubes and other engineering in the room, which is not nice at all and there were only 4 electric outlets in the room, 3 of which were meant for lightning so it is quite challenging to charge devices. There are no bathrobes provided, no turndown service for night, housekeeping is very basic with lots of mistakes and mishaps and generally you don’t have a feeling of 5 star hotel. While there are number of good restaurants and buffet has good selection and effective service some restaurants are real disappointment with poor food selection and quality (we really would prefer having a buffet instead of most of a la carte restaurants). There is very weird process where we were asked by guest relations to contact them 2 times during our week stay in hotel with no clear benefit for us and most importantly we didn’t see Eleni paying any attention to our feedback and being able to provide any actionable response. Real waste of time of your guests.

Beautiful location right on the beach. Staff were great and really friendly! Great choice of restaurants and you can visit all once per week, 7/8 restaurants so one for every night of the week, best to book as soon as you arrive! Loved the champagne and wine bar, great choice of drinks and good quality!

Gym wasn’t the best, could do with an update. Service was sometimes a bit slow but only a minor issue really and they were busy.

the food and location. the room furniture. the outdoor pool and the slides. the kids club team were very friendly as well as the receptionists. the private pool for the bungalows has excellent service and the pastery. The beach view was excellent

the accommodation did now respond for our request ground floor. we stayed there for 4 nights and we saw people check in and out and they did not moved us. I also saw a visitor came at night after us and they put him in ground floor. I stayed at the last room in the resort at second floor :( the entertainment was poor specially if you compare it to other resorts. there is no entertainment team morning or evening ask people to get engaged with the music. This hotel a little bit relaxing

the Wifi basically didn’t work. For a 5 star resort you expect good wifi. the Staff wasn’t always very nice. Ursula was very rude. asking us to just order faster. (we were not being slow)

Excellent variety of food and drinks. The buffet was delicious, especially the puddings and catered for all dietary needs. The restaurants all provided a different experience.and were easy to book using the app. All staff members were attentive and provided quick service.

Hotel has a great sea view but is tucked away meaning you need a taxi if you want to go anywhere. There aren't any paths to go walking or running along.

The property is very well located. It has beautiful views. The beach is really fantastic with good access. Wonderful setting, around a small natural bay, where you can go swimming in clean waters. The room was spacious, with a beautiful view of the sea. The beds were comfortable. The quality of the food & drinks was fantastic. We ate at all the different restaurants which are all fantastic and give a different experience each night (Asian, Peruvian, Mediterranean, Italian, etc). The buffet also offers a fantastic range of excellent food and is always fresh and hot. Good variety of live music in the evenings at every location. Beautiful resort

The only negative to mention was the evening entertainment lacked most days. Also ended at 10.30 which is quite early. Huge queues for the bar In the evenings and not enough places to sit down outside due to evening entertainment. There is no night bar/club where you can listen to music, have a drink, and dance a bit. You need to book the restaurants for your meal way in advance, even when there were not full on the day. To make reservations to the restaurants it’s impossible sometimes from the app and you must to contact the reception and they will help you. But not always! Very difficult to have lounge chairs at the beach, already taken by 8 am.
