Alles war sehr schön ausgestattet. Da es 15 Pools gibt, hat sich unser Urlaub sehr ruhig gefühlt. Wir waren an einigen Tagen sogar alleine an dem Pool vor unserem Zimmer. Wir haben sogar um 4 Tage unsere Reise verlängert :)

Aus “Sicherheitsgründen” kann man kein Bügeleisen ausleihen… es wird aber Laundry/ Ironing Service angeboten, wofür man auch natürlich extra zahlen muss… für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel geht sowas meiner Meinung gar nicht. Das Room Service Essen war nicht gut und nicht frisch. Die Restaurants in dem Resort sind überteuert und nichts besonderes vom Geschmack her. Wir haben uns entschieden, abends in die Stadt zu fahren und dort zu essen. Die Ausstattung vom Fitnessraum könnte auch besser sein oder zumindest klimatisiert.

We absolutely loved our stay at Elissa!! Modern and clean resort with stunning pool & beach. The breakfast was the best buffet breakfast we ever had and we also had the buffet dinner a couple of times which was also incredible. The staff was amazing and super friendly. I would definitely return there

I think it would be great to have access to water for free! We were given 2 bottles a day for free but that’s not enough for 3 people on a hot day but that’s only a little thing.

Die Hotelanlage ist wirklich schön und ästhetisch und sehr weitläufig, sodass man nie das Gefühl hat, dass sich zu viele Leute an einem Ort aufhalten. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Das Essen war auch super, wobei das Frühstücksbuffet täglich fast gleich war, was aber auch nicht störte. da die Auswahl sehr groß war. Neben dem Buffet am Abend gab es auch noch zwei Restaurants (Asiatisch/Sushi, Steak/Grill), die beide wirklich ausgezeichnetes Essen servierten. Hier sollte beachtet werden, dass zusätzliche Gebühren anfallen, es wird lediglich ein gewisser Betrag pP als "Rabatt" gewehrt und von der Rechnung abgezogen, wenn man Halbpension-Gast ist. Das Abendbuffet wechselte täglich und hatte manchmal spezielle Themen (Greek Night, Sea Food, BBQ, etc). Das Essen war immer gut temperiert und geschmacklich toll. Wir hatten da wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Das Personal war von Anfang an sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Uns wurde alles erklärt und auf unsere Fragen eingegangen. Es gibt einen großen kostenlosen Parkplatz direkt beim Hotel. Der Hotelstrand ist relativ klein und nicht wahnsinnig schön. Alles in Allem waren wir sehr zufrieden, jedoch sollte man wissen, dass einen kein Luxus High End 5 Sterne Hotel erwartet. Es ist eine sehr schöne Anlage und es gab nicht viel, mit dem wir nicht zufrieden waren. Sollte man aber nach einem Luxus Hotel suchen, dann gibt es hier tatsächlich Luft nach oben.

Wir hatten eine Junior Suite mit Meerblick und Zugang zum Gemeinschaftspool gebucht. Hier sollte beachtet werden, dass nicht jedes Zimmer dieser Kategorie auch über einen direkten Zugang (von der Terrasse aus direkt) zum Pool verfügt, so wie es auf den Beispielfotos aussieht, wenn man die Kategorie anklickt. Dies sollte definitiv besser beschrieben werden. Wir hatten zwar direkt einen Pool, jedoch war hier ein Weg dazwischen, sodass man nicht direkt vor der Terrasse liegen konnte. Man musste schon jedes Mal das Zimmer normal verlassen und das Stückchen zum Pool gehen. Grundsätzlich besteht die Möglichkeit sich diesbezüglich an den Guest Service zu wenden, wenn man Probleme mit dem Zimmer hat. Es sollte auch beachtet werden, dass der Zugang zum Pool nicht bedeutet, dass nur die Gäste der betroffenen Kategorie diesen benützen dürfen, sondern grundsätzlich ist jeder Pool für alle Gäste zugänglich. Liegen dürfen eigentlich nicht reserviert werden, dies wird aber vor allem abseits vom Hauptpool von niemandem befolgt, sodass es durchaus passieren kann, dass man keine Liege mehr bekommt, trotz der oben erwähnten Kategorie. Wenn es diese Regel schon gibt, dann sollte sie auch ernsthaft kontrolliert werden. Es gibt Gäste, die in der Früh liegen reservieren und sich den halben Tag nicht blicken lassen. Das ist sehr ärgerlich. Das Wasser wurde leider an drei Tagen nicht ans Zimmer gebracht. Nach einem Anruf beim Guest Service wurde das aber sofort in die Wege geleitet. Es sollte wirklich überlegt werden, das Wasser für die Dauer des Aufenthaltes in den Preis zu inkludieren. Ein Liter Wasser pro Tag für zwei Personen ist bei heißen Temperaturen nicht ausreichend und es kann bis 17:00 Uhr dauern bis das Wasser am Zimmer bereit steht. Mir wäre es persönlich lieber gewesen ein wenig mehr zu zahlen und dafür zu wissen, dass ich jederzeit an der Bar oder im Restaurant kostenloses Wasser bekomme. Das Fitnessstudio ist leider sehr klein und nicht gerade üppig ausgestattet.

Il servizio non è all altezza della bellezza della struttura. Il personale è molto gentile, ma questo non basta. Abbiamo preso una junior suite al piano terra ed il bagno emanava un cattivo odore, credo che il difetto fosse ben noto perché le signore delle pulizie lasciavano sempre la porta del bagno spalancata e l areatore acceso di modo che il cattivo odore non stagnasse.. ma se si provava a chiudere la porta, come va fatto per un bagno, la puzza dava alla testa. Quando abbiamo chiesto alla reception di cambiare stanza, ci hanno risposto che avrebbero mandato qualcuno a controllare. Ovviamente, il problema non è stato risolto perché credo fosse strutturale ed anche noto. Il cibo non è all'altezza, sia al ristorante centrale che ai ristoranti alla carta. La colazione molto scarna, dislocata male e non si comprende nemmeno cosa si stia mangiando. Avevo alte aspettative, ma sono state disattese. La stanza era anche poco fornita dei servizi per il bagno, solo cuffiette doccia.

Restaurant Personal. 80% waren sehr unfreundlich, grüssen nicht, Getränke werden bestellt gingen jeden 2 Abend vergessen oder kamen 30 min. später wo wir bereits fertig waren mit essen. Teller abräumen nach den Gängen klappte überhaubt nicht!

We stayed in the Water Bungalow and were treated like VIPs. There were so many thoughtful extras included with our stay, from a complimentary couples massage to a bottle of champagne and a beautiful platter of fruits and Greek pastries. The rooms were cleaned twice a day and as we had our own pool, that was checked daily too. The staff were very friendly and the food in the buffet restaurant was excellent. The accommodation was well equipped with a fridge, Nespresso machine and a kettle for tea. The bathroom was really well designed and the Hermes shower products smelt divine. It is well worth getting up early for the most spectacular sunrises if you walk to the jetty area too.

The only thing we didn't like was the loud music from the neighbouring hotel in the evenings. This is the sister hotel and is aimed at families so it seemed a little odd to have the music so loud and late into the evening. This made it unpleasant to sit outside and enjoy the evening air if you wanted to hear the waves on the beach.

So not impressed with this hotel (aka youth hostel) at all!!!! Most who stayed were very young adults who probably are happy with second rate service but this is not a 4 or 5 star hotel. It’s 3 at best which is such a shame as the complex is beautiful. Aesthetically pleasing to look at but an absolute shambles with everything else. Someone mentioned in a previous comment that the staff looked “Dazed” and this is a very accurate description, not knowing what’s actually going on. My BF is Greek so you can’t even blame it on the language barrier. Breakfast is like a cattle market and you have to wait at least 20 mins for a coffee and some water. There is only one chef cooking eggs for over 700 guests. Obviously he just wasn’t coping and was quite sad to see him struggling. You have to take your own towels out of your room to the pool and if you forget them they won’t replace or give you any. Just silly things like this are quite backward. And it’s not that cheap. The only thing they were efficient with was making sure we were out of our room on time.

Holy smoke - Out of this world!!! Staff were exceptional, really went over & above to give us the best experience! Exceeded all expectations. We had a junior suite & it was glorious, facilities are incredible! Private beach is beautiful too.
