Very nice, clean. Comfortable beds and good food even for the buffet, themed nights at the buffet made for variety so you never get tired of the same food everyday, the included a la carte restaurants were also very good. Highlight was the lovely staff always willing to help, very polite.
Frustrating sunbed situation with people reserving everything early in the morning.

- - Personnel at lobby: On our third last day, we informed us at the lobby for a taxi for the whole family to the airport(we were there, present with the 15mo child). The lady at the lobby told us that it's no problem at all and that we could order a taxi 5min before departure. When we followed her advice and asked for an appropriate taxi at the last day, she now told us that we should have reserved 1 day before a taxi with child seats, if we want child seats. When I confronted her, why she didn't inform us back when we asked her, she just arrogantly hunched her shoulders and avoided any eye contact. Not even an excuse, which would have eased the tensions. Also, generally, the older ladies of the lobby are predominantly arrogant and want to get rid of you as soon as you ask them something.
- No proper coffee: We're used to drink coffee from espresso machines. The hotel has an Italian restaurant and has 5 stars but somehow can't afford a proper coffee machine; the coffees they offer are very bad.
- Location: For a family with children (15mo), the location is not optimal. The nearest supermarkets in vicinity weren't equipped with enough goods for a good quality supply for kids. The own supermarket in the hotel is too expensive and not broadly equipped.
- Three restaurants: Don't go to the restaurants, just enjoy the main restaurant. We ordered sushi with salmon, but received sushi with cooked salmon. I expect more from a 5-star hotel.
- Gym: For a five star hotel, the gym could be bigger (they could use the aerobic place for it) and equipped with more.
- One time, an event took place just beneath our balkonies, which was quite bad because the sound echoes heavily into our balkony and room. Apart from our luck that the child wasn't disturbed by it, the sound was annoyingly loud, hurting the ears when sitting on balkony.
