Beautiful room with a comfortable bed. The views from the balcony are amazing and we could hear the dj from down below at night which was an added bonus. The front desk staff and concierge were very friendly and helpful. The room cleaning service was great too. We loved everything!

It is a perfect location with direct access to beach clubs and shopping strips. The hotel itself is stunning, reception is good but lacked giving us more details about mini bar in our room.
The concierge was the poorest experience on the 1st and 2nd day of our stay. The person who was at the concierge desk was very unhelpful and uninterested in giving the typical details a hotel guest would normally ask. It is the poorest I have ever experienced with my broad travel experiences. Unfortunately we couldn’t take the name of the officer at the concierge. Importantly though, some people at the concierge desk were helpful but somehow it was already too late given the initial experience. I would rate the concierge 4/10

It’s expensive and doesn’t include breakfast (£40 extra per day) or sun loungers and towels they are £70 extra per day per person!
