General good atmosphere and courtesy
A strange incident happened. The welcome courtesy package disappeared from our room. We spoke with reception and appreciated their attention, but we haven't received the promised feedback. We were disappointed not because of the gift's value, but because of the receptionist's neglect. The management should look into this matter seriously, as what happened is a breach of security

The hotel and staff were amazing! Nothing I could really fault with this hotel.
The only thing would be the size of the pool and the lack of sun-beds around the pool. When the weather has been as hot as it has been. The lack of sun beds was an issue.
