Teleurstelling en waardeloze prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding!

Locatie, schitterende lobby, zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Algemene ruimtes zijn schitterend maar de hotelkamers zijn in oude staat. Na een dag viel de toch al niet goed werkende airconditioning uit (kamer was bij aankomst al 25 graden en dat in april) en vervolgens kwam er alleen nog hete lucht uit. Reparatie bleef uit. We kregen een verrijdbare airco maar die was waardeloos. Zwembadje op dak armoedig. Geen bediening en ouwe troep. Prijs - kwaliteit verhouding is volledig uit balans, ook al doet het personeel nog zo z’n best.

Niestety trafiliśmy na roboty budowlane blisko hotelu co było dość głodne. Brak własnego parkingu. Hotel położony z dala od skupiska restauracji

1) The check-in time was very late. Arrived very early at the facilities, since we had an early flight, and since the check-in was at 16.00 we could not change our outfits. There was no changing room where we can use and the staff recommended we to change it at the restroom which was in the lobby. We have spoken to the reception more than three times regarding our check-in but no solution was offered. Even though we waited for the official check-in time, we had to enter our room at 16.30 since there was a mix-up with our room. Since I am paying around 1800 euros for two nights at a 5-star facility, I am expecting a better solution to this problem. 2) We used the cleaning service of the hotel. The cleaning form was filled in by the housekeeping staff however the customer needs to fill the form. The product we sent for cleaning came back with iron stains. The staff told us that the stains were already there before the cleaning was done however we were not informed by the situation. After our discussion with the hotel, the product was delivered to our room without any notice so we had no update regarding the situation an the communication between the hotel and us were poor. The hotel did not include the cleaning service in the final bill, which is understandable but as I said; staying at a 5-star facility had whole different expectations for us. 3) The staff felt like working very slowly. The lobby felt very hot as well as the corridors. 4) The hotel had a partnership with a beach establishment where no privilege to hotel customers. 5) The hotel had a wonderful balcony where we wanted to spend some time while waiting for our room however it was closed and we were told that we cannot sit there until 5.00 PM. So we went up to the rooftop where we wanted to sit; again wanted to spend 4-5 hours before we entered our room but the facility at the roof was insufficient. It was almost 40 degrees and there wer no spots to sit under some shade to feel relaxed.

Overall Excellent experience, great location and friendly staff

Location of the hotel was excellent. Room service was very fast.

Some issues that I had on my request to upgrade the room which wasn’t as per discussion and agreement, supervisor waived additional charges. Was charged extra for the third person per night even though I have given the hotel a notice that we will be 3 and no response of additional charges was communicated.

you should improve and have extra care in cleaning rooms because we received our room with dirty floor all nuts in the floor and also housekeeping are not changing bed sheets and not cleaning the floor with vacuum. they literally only arranging the room!!

Great stay and on arrival very welcomed. For the price I think it was a good standard hotel.

Great location - lovely staff - and comfortable, clean and big rooms . lovely terrace bar in for evening sun down.

Think to have breakfast quite expensive do didn’t pay for this! But it didn’t make our stay less enjoyable as you can get breakfast anywhere in Cannes .

In front of the hotel was reconstruction and nobody warned us about it before we came. I didnt feel welcomed…Very bed experience and never ever again!

Construction going on in front of the hotel in the street was dusty and made access more difficult.

Great facility, room was clean and big enough, customer service was awesome.

Service was great. Location was limited with traffic issues related to sewer line construction in front of the hotel and shoreline drive.

We chose not to eat breakfast at yhe hotel due to $48 Euro per person cost We only wished a petit dejeuner not a buffet.
