Beautiful boutique hotel with large, well decorated rooms. We had 2 double beds in Room 1, both so comfortable we slept as though at home. The bathroom and decor all very modern, stylish and of a high quality. The hotel is in a perfect location to explore Cannes on foot. We would definitely like to visit again.

We stayed at the one bedroom apartment. The location was great, very central and easy to walk everywhere. The cleanliness and facilities in the apartment were good too, the bed was very comfortable.
The listing was misleading, as we were not informed when booking that there would be renovations going on in the building where the apartment is.
We experienced several days of extremely loud renovation and construction noise, which lasted from 9am to 6pm each day. Had we known this in advance, we would not have booked this property. It should have been clearly stated on the listing. Unfortunately, the noise, consisting of drilling, banging, and general construction, completely disrupted our stay. We were unable to relax or sleep in, except during the weekend and bank holiday when the work paused.
I understand that the construction was taking place in other apartments and floors not owned by the hotel, and therefore outside of their direct control. However, given how loud and disruptive it was, the hotel had a responsibility to inform guests before confirming bookings, to ensure the listing honestly reflected the experience.
The reception said there was nothing they could do about it and were not very helpful. Moreover, myself and Booking.com have tried to contact the hotel via call and email to try resolve the issue and no one has got back to me.
If you are thinking of booking the apartment, I would advise going to check whether renovations are going on. If it wasn't for this, the stay would have been much more enjoyable. One other small complaint we had was that the shower did not drain properly and would easily overflow.
