We liked how it’s super clean and calm, the staff were extremely friendly, fast, and accommodates all our needs in this short trip. We loved the ladies only spa which included a large swimming pool i wish its the same in doha. Even in times the hotel is crowded the service is still fast. Shoutout to wasan receptionist that made our stay even easier, and all the saudi staff ,
The only thing. I didn’t like is the large space from the elevators to the ladies spa. But overall the property is perfect and highly recommended.

Executive business suite booked- very disappointing as requested the corner suite, no effort was made to arrange this by the hotel
Nothing special in terms of complimentary gestures
Breakfast lacked variety
Short staffed, staff seen to be struggling to serve in breakfast area
