Rooms on 8th Floor
Food in the business lounge average, breakfast excellent, food on top terrace bar always takes a long time and tends to be cold. Maybe too far to travel.

I think the most i liked in this property how You SAUDI men are well trained to share their organic SAUDI hospitality with the hotel guests, usually this type of hospitality are only shared with guests in their own houses or property, but to treat the hotel guest as if it their own it has demonstrated the most natural felling of being welcomed, the property is top notch in every corner.
I think the building Parking is a little tough to navigate.

Very nice, clean and quiet… the whole staff are amazing and the food was delicious specially Mohammed Shadi with the great breakfast everyday

Facility acceptable and suitable for a family stay
Hotel is relatively old and many facilities (bathrooms, lockers in gym, toilets, etc.) do not meet a five star hotel.
Buffet is acceptable but again not close to a five star standard.
Hotel does not have tennis nor multipurpose courts.
