We had a lovely room. Very big for a hotel room and the shower was excellent and comfortable king size bed. Staff were very friendly. Location is perfect for walking everywhere in Comillas, including the beach.
Difficult to drop off luggage. Hotel doesn’t have parking but there are options nearby.

The staff were friendly and hotel was in a good location. However the breakfast was beyond basic which was just toasted bread and butter. We decided to have dinner there and they give microwave meal.
The room lighting was also inconvenient.
Food and staff should be able to deal with complains.
