Very convenient
Location tram and train stops, station nearby, shops and lots of eateries to choose from. All main attractions are walkable.
Cloakroom room was really small and awkward room was narrow. Telly is mounted on wall and because the room is narrow the touched my husbands shoulder a couple of times.

I stayed here for a week on a solo trip to Nice, in a single room, and overall it was a great choice. The hotel is fully refurbished, very clean, and has a really nice, colorful and modern interior. The staff were also super friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better.
The location is absolutely perfect. It’s close to so many cafés, restaurants and shopping areas, and within walking distance of Nice-Ville and Jean-Médecin stations. Gallerie Lafayette and Place Masséna are also easily reachable on foot. I particularly loved that the beach was only around a 10–12 minute walk away, which was very convenient. I didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that.
The room itself was also a good size for a solo stay — not too small and had a nice big window, with just enough space for one person.
My only issue was the bathroom in my room (I don’t know if all the rooms are the same). Although it was very clean and nicely refurbished, it was extremely small. The toilet is so close to the wall/fixture next to it that you could easily bump your head if you’re not careful. The shower also didn’t have a door or enclosure, so the entire bathroom would get wet every time I showered. Unfortunately, some of the water would even leak underneath the bathroom door into the bedroom, so I had to wipe it up each time to prevent it from reaching under the bed.
Coming from a different country, I wasn’t expecting a bathroom quite this small, so it was definitely a bit of a shock. That said, I want to emphasize that this would not stop me from recommending the hotel. The location, cleanliness, refurbishment, staff and overall experience were all excellent, and for me the pros definitely outweighed this one issue. I’m mentioning it simply so future guests know what to expect and aren’t as surprised as I was.

Location was good. Bed was comfortable. Had air conditioning.
Old fashioned. Only tea/coffee making facilities at reception. No bar or outside space. Breakfast not great variety and hot food was stone cold. When I complained, the member of staff looked at the thermostat for heating the hot food and adjusted the control. I think it had been turned off!! That was it. Only cold food available, no apology.
