Prime Central Location: Excellent spot close to local shops, restaurants, and the main city center.
Reasonable Value for Nice: Given that Nice is one of France's most expensive cities, this accommodation was fairly priced and met expectations for a private room stay.
Good First-Time Private Room Experience: A straightforward dynamic for guests trying a shared-apartment room setup for the first time.
Restricted Facilities: Cooking on the stove and using the washing machine were not permitted.
No Elevator & Steep Climb: Located in an older building without an elevator, requiring a climb up five flights of stairs—which can be exhausting with heavy luggage.

I had a wonderful stay with Neko - she is lovely. The space is kept very clean and I felt I had lots of space (and the other rooms were even larger than mine). Quiet and comfortable stay and would absolutely stay again. Neko's home is located in a nice neighbourhood in the centre of Nice.
Only that the bed would have been a little softer!

Neko was amazing, the house is so lovely and beautifully decorated.
I was aware of this before booking but it is on the 4th floor with 8 flights of stairs. Just be mindful with luggage.

very well located near the most used tramway line.
Insane host, very interesting person and very kind !
rooms are very spacious, and even if it's summer and it's stupidly hot, it's still ok inside, she manages to make rooms breathe every morning!
