Location
The corridors and room we were in were extremely hot, the shower was cracked and very mouldy and the shower door was broken and did not close properly.

The property was near the buzz of old town yet not too close to avoid the noise of the city's Fringe festivities and night crowd.
Room was a little tight and narrow for 4 pax with luggage each. While they were also hosting some Fringe events below, the noise from the communal area echoed upwards towards the room's only window/ventilation point/source of coolness. The lack of fan presented a dilemma to attempt sleeping through the noise or sweating through the night.

Location was perfect being just off the High Street.
Good that food and drink was available.

I did not like finding myself in a mixed gender room. Only me and one man. Couldn’t sleep. Very tense.

The location is super convenient and near Royal miles and old town which saves a lot of time to visit the city. Staff are nice and helpful and supportive,especially night staff (a female I forgot to asked her name) - she is kind and considerate, i appreciate
It is dirty, the facilities are old and doesnt worth the money spent. I booked female 4-bed but turns out it is mixed and the guests allocation are not reasonable at all. It is super uncomfortable and traumatizing to stay here and i never come back here again!
