The kitchen ( for making your own breakfast) was very well stocked . Everywhere was spotlessly clean
The sheets were clean but cheap quality and the towels were old and smelled strange when wet

Location however because of the fringe festival it was loud on some nights the kitchen help yourself
To breakfast supplies were a real
Bonus.
Could use different detergent on the towels. Rather dank smelling and not very thick.
If you book ask to have a back room we were at the front door area and heard every entrance thru the night

Close to everything. Comfortable bedding. Quiet (after the pub closes)!
Pub was a bit noisy but didn’t disturb me. However, husband is a little sleeper. I just suggested earplugs!
