Location , facilities all great , staff great to , had an issue with the boiler one morning and we here relocated swiftly .
The beds are not the best , the mattress badly needs upgraded

It’s in a quiet area which has a good choice of coffee shops, restaurants and bars
The rooms were a comfortable temperature
The shared kitchen facility was clean and tidy
There was no disturbance at all
The mattress was softer than I would normally have but I still managed to sleep well

Had all the necessities - roof over your head, bed, shower/ toilet, laundry. Nothing fancy but everything you need - especially if you’re spending the whole day in town.
Costs for early check in and luggage storage seems steep. I understand the need to charge for this but it seemed quite expensive. Rooms were also very hot and stuffy. I also would not recommend for large people or couples. Room was totally acceptable for a single traveller but a couple in the double bed was squishy - to be expected of student accomodation.
