The team on site was lovely, welcoming, great overall. Breakfast was fine.
Bathroom needs a little TLC, some maintenance.

The property was well located. The bus line to take us to take us to Princes Street, the Royal Mile,etc. was very close, across the street. The Britannia was walking distance and a great place to visit.

A very pleasant atmosphere the host & staff were very friendly and helpful on essential information we needed for our stay ..The traditional Scottish Breakfast was very tasty ..

The hospitality was excellent. David and his team are very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
The size of the bathroom and shower and lack of shelving made it difficult to manoeuvre.
