The location was great, easily access to everything. We quickly found a short cut through the mall to princess street. The apartment was also nice and quiet. It was mostly clean but there was some grit or dirt on the floor as I could hear it rubbing on my case. We expected a sofa as the pictures on the website had a picture of the executive suite with a sofa but apparently that’s only for those with a balcony! The kitchen was convenient and it was nice that milk etc was provided. I was a little disappointed with the hosts communication. I asked twice in emails about whether anything could be done to make my husband’s birthday special. Both times the other questions in the email were answered but the part about the birthday was ignored. I find this rude. I understand if this is not something offered but this could have been explained rather than just ignored. I would stay again depending on the rooms available.

Great location. Everything was great up until the last night when we had no hot water and could not take a shower nor wash our faces 😞
Do not expect to have cleaners every day. You can request clean towels and anything you need at the 24 hr. Reception 😀

Outstanding location and central to all the sites you want to see. Only issue was the noise from the pub below which you need ear plugs to block out the music but very convenient to have a few pints. We would definitely return

Clean rooms, very helpful and cheerful staff, nothing was too much hassle, very friendly. Central location and the free parking was very useful. Thank you.
