Excellent location and extremely comfortable hotel. The entire staff was amazingly helpful and accommodating. The only issue was that one of the two elevators was out of service the entire stay. I would definitely go back.

Unbeatable location for a first time Edinburgh tourist. Close to everything we did for 3 days.
Attentive & helpful desk staff. Lovely dining room & lounge. We had one glitch which the front desk handled perfectly. We took advantage of the pool & sauna. Rooms were contemporary but seemed a bit “tired”.
I applaud they are doing an elevator upgrade. Whilst inconvenient for us being down 50% elevator capacity, it will be appreciated by future guests.
