Good location in the center with walking distance to most attractions. Close to bus and tram that go to and from the airport The room was warm and comfortable despite the cold outside. Pleasant and helpful staff around the clock. Recommend the hotel and will be happy to return.

A short walk from the train station and just next to Carlton Hill, conveniently located in central Edinburgh. The rooms are clean and spacious, staff were very friendly. Nothing to pick fault at.

Our room was bigger than I thought it would be, a nice surprise. Big bathroom with separate tub and shower. Nice lobby too. Good location and value.

Excellent location, not far from Waverly and Princes St. Traditional Scottish interior decor. The only negative point was that for some reason the heating in the bathroom was far too hot. As I arrived at the hotel late in the evening and was only staying for one night, I didn't complain, but if I'd have been staying for longer I would definitely have asked for this to be fixed.

Beds far too soft Really hot and not able to turn down the heating or open the windows. Quite a lot or dirt, dust etc. A bottle of water in the room would have been appreciated. Difficult to work the shower and when managed only a small trickle of water and freezing cold

Excellent location as was very central and within walking distance of majority of attractions. Well sized room considering the central location too. Only minor negative would be the screen on the shower was too small so water splashes out but everything else with the room was spot on!

Nice hotel, stay was very good. Left something in the room after checkout and got a call to say they would look after behind desk until we came back. Would recommend.

Wow! We had an amazing time in Edinburgh and our stay at Parliament House Hotel was a large part of that experience. The location cannot be beat. It is walkable to all of the things one would want and easy access to public transport for anywhere necessary beyond walking distance. Our room was well appointed, we appreciated the mini fridge in room, as well as the lounge area with sitting areas to enjoy a drink from the hotel’s bar. We only had the breakfast once during our stay, but it was tasty and filling. The desk staff was friendly and helpful - especially when our luggage missed the connecting flight and had to be delivered the next day. Honestly, everything was simply fabulous and we highly recommend this accommodation.

Friendly helpful staff. Good customer service. We got to Edinburgh earlier than expected. We originally planned to drop our bags off and go for lunch. They found us an available room and checked in early. Excellent location within walking distance of Edinburgh Waverley Station and tram/bus links to the airport. Would stay here again.

Hotel was in walking distance to most places we wanted to visit.The hop on off buses were across the road,for further afield trips.Staff were all friendly and helpful.The hotel had a warm atmosphere.The bed was really comfortable.The bathroom needed a bit of TLC,but everywhere was very clean.

Property was well maintained & very clean. Staff were very pleasant. Breakfast menu was very extensive and the cooked breakfast was very good. Our double bedroom was on the small side but overall my wife & I thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay

Ideally located, I would highly recommend the parliament house hotel. The staff is welcoming and the hotel is charming.

The Parliament Hotel was lovely. The rooms were lovely and had everything we needed, shower was powerful and hot. Breakfast was lovely and staff were very attentive. The lobby was gorgeous with a lovely fire burning all day. Would definitely recommend and will absolutely stay again.

great hotel in an ideal location for exploring Edinburgh. Beautiful, quiet room with very nice furnishings and a cozy fire in the lobby. very friendly and helpful staff. Great shower with a towel warmer. Also there was a small refrigerator and coffee/tea supplies available. I was also very peased with the info sent to us prior to our stay about dropping off our bags. It really saved us from having to haul our bags from where we dropped off our rental car!

It was close to many stores as well as easy access to transportation like the TRAM and buses. Even waiting walking distance to the Old Town area. Located in New Town but close to the Old Town boundary. Breakfast continental or a la carte provided at the cost. Overall a good experience. Staff very nice.
