Everything was nice and tidy, clean, and felt like being home. Staff were welcoming and friendly. I had a small cozy room towards the back. I do wish there was a way to open the ceiling window (the only window in the room), to allow some airflow.

The room was comfortable, very clean, so close to bus station, lovely decor, the staff were very pleasant, would stay again, highly recommended 😀

The front desk staff were beyond outstanding! Especially Mirren. I had three stays there in an 11 day period while touring. They were outstanding with help and advice.
If you are doing small bus tours through Scotland, the terminal is less than 5 min away!
I’m not an effusive reviewer, but these folks were clearly above. 99% of the hotel staffs I’ve dealt with in 5o years of international travel.
