Staff are great and really make the hotel. Always go above and beyond.
Hotel is looking a bit tired. AC in room was dead, but the same for a number of rooms I've stayed in at the hotel whilst traveling for work. Breakfast is pre-made/reheated beige urgh. Not expecting a lot, but it's not great. Again, staff make up it it, and the physical condition of the hotel is beyond their help, it needs investment.

Breakfast was excellent ,the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The location was great for a visit to the a Royal ship Britannia and the city centre was accessible by bus, just a pity the trams weren’t running.

For the attractions we wanted to visit while our stay - It has a very good location and only around 30mins away by bus to Edinburgh Centre.

The location was fantastic easy for bus routes and very close to the Royal Yacht Britannia. Great parking facilities too
Unfortunately we booked with 4 teenage boys so the inclusive hot breakfast was a real bonus. We went down for breakfast an hour before service ended and they had run out of pretty much everything and not just awaiting more cooking. Milk, Butter, Beans, Hash Brown wasn’t great at all.
