Very nice bedrooms, clean and good beds.
The staff did not seem so friendly or happy.

They were extremely accommodating allowing early check in & late check out, despite being very busy! Clean well designed room. Each floor had an ironing room rather than ironing board & iron in the room, great idea.
Air Con didn’t work - forgot to report it
No moisturiser or cotton buds etc provided just basic shampoo conditioner & soap.

Nice communal areas and aesthetics
- bathroom extremely small for price point
- poor lighting in the room and design over function eg stool and small table with no mirror in front of it
- breakfast quality not reflective of price- as a non pork eater there was limited choice
- £30 per night deposit with no true explanation as to why- I have never before encountered this
- quality of TV options in the room poor- for the price point I’d expect to be able to log into apps for example
