Very good location, Hertz car rental is just a minute from the hotel, so it was very easy for us to be in Edinburgh for two days and then rent the car for Highlands. Staff very friendly and helpful, nice breakfast and big cleaned room with big bathroom.

Excellent location, very close to the tram station. Easy access from the airport and to explore Edinburgh. The buildings are very nice, the room was comfortable.
Couple of things would be nice to improve: a drop-off quick parking in front of the hotel. Note that there is only paid parking even for check-in, but the machines only accept coins. With a foreign phone number could not register to the app-based payment so unless you have coins, cannot park even for the duration of check-in on the street.
The bed in the room has wheels and as such if you try to sit with your back to the wall, the bed starts to move away from the wall. Please lock the wheels :)

It was a lovely property to stay at. Quirky as housed over a number of properties
It was a bit of a walk to the city centre but we had great weather.
Also the room above had a loose floor board under the bed. Didn’t leave much to the imagination.😂😂🙄

The triple room was perfect for myself and two friends, in a very convenient location for accessing the centre via a 4 minute train (£2) or 30 minute walk. The shower was nice and beds were comfortable. We were on the top floor.
There were blood stains on my friend's sheet, and we were woken up around 8am both days (Saturday and Sunday) to the same loud door slamming again and again, and the noise of the cleaners dragging a hoover up and down the stairs.
