Its location, comfortable beds.
Only 1 lift worked for such a huge number of guests. We stayed 2 nights and we could only use the one small lift. Guests, including us, were not happy with long wait times.

Location walking distance to most places in Edinburgh. I like we could leave our luggage at the front desk once checked out.
We booked month in advance and we were given a handicap room, telling us we booked through third-party and that’s all it was allocated.
