The view of the harbour.
The selection of beer in the bar, plus the atmosphere of the bar on a saturday night was deplorable. I asked the bar tender for a local beer, and she suggest Guinness Zero, I am from Ireland.

Great location
The view from room 105 was non existent. Windows blurred out. Quite noisy from whatever was below us (possibly kitchen?)

Location was great for out needs. The hotel is in the center of Leith and surrounded by lovely pubs, restaurants and cafes. Very close to tram a d bus stops. Rooms are comfy.
1. Some rooms are facing a brewery, dumpster and cobblestone street so you get a lot of noice.
2. The interior design of the hotel and the rooms are somewhat dull and not fitting to the hotel building.

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived. It was 45 minutes of hanging around after a 3hr drive to get to our room. The 'suite' was tired. The electrical goods hadn't been PAT tested for 16 months. Massive health and safety no no . The roll top bath wasn't clean. The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work. And the curtains that are for the angled windows don't stop any light coming on.
Quite disappointing for a suite.
