Location is great. Reception seating is nice & water to drink is good. Staff helpful.kitchen & fridge very clean.
Noisy blown air system in room. Not clean around basin plug hole. Mattress had dips on it, should be better for the price.

The location is amazing. Steps away from all the pubs, restaurants and shops on the Royal Mile. The Edinburgh Castle is just up the road and the Chocolaterium is around the block. The room has a small kitchenette, and it was clean and tidy. The elevators are fast and modern.
We booked a standard room for 4 nights and the sleeping area was pretty tight, specially after we had two suitcases open, our window was very small compared to others. The bed is actually a Murphy bed that can turn into a couch, although we never did that. Next time we will look into paying a bit more for an upgraded room at this hotel.
