Excellent location across from the Balmoral. Very comfortable mattress.

Front entrance under scaffolding. Lift to first floor reception. Apparently still undergoing renovations.

Location, friendliness of the staff, irn bru and cookies left as a welcome gift. Modern room, gorgeous bathroom

I was only there for one night so it was fine for me but there isn’t a lot of clothes storage there’s just a rail attached to the wall with 3 hangers. So fine if you’re good with living out of a suitcase but if you were staying more than one night or there was two people and you had stuff that needed hanging there is not a lot of room

Location and price compared to other properties

We were not allowed breakfast before 7, in spite of it all being ready. I was there for an early 1/2 marathon as were many other runners - it would have been nice if they could have allowed us breakfast!

Room overlooked an alley with garbage dumpsters, and was noisy.

Location was excellent.

Ac did not work in room. Comforter was very thick, too hot and uncomfortable sleeping.

I have had many stays in varies Motel One all around the country with no issues at all. always comfortable stays with no issues

i was asked at check in if i would like to add breakfast to my stay for both days to which i agreed after being told it was served from 6 am, on the final morning prior to check out i arrived for breakfast at 6.30 as i had to leave at 7am as i had a 6 hour drive back to Leicestershire, on entering the breakfast room i was told sorry your to early, breakfast doesn't start till 7am on Saturdays, this meant not only did i end up having paid for a breakfast i couldn't have but i also had to set off without any breakfast or even a drink in the morning, if i had been told that breakfast wasn't available till later at weekends i obviously wouldn't have paid for it
