Such a spacious apartment, brilliantly stocked reception with snacks, toiletries and even meals to cook using the kitchen in the apartment. Our balcony had a gorgeous view of Calton Hill, and staff were friendly and helpful. Great location right in the centre of Edinburgh.

The location was great - it was closer to more things than I realized and we were able to walk everywhere. Waverly station only a few minutes away and lots of food options quite close also.
The room was quite spacious and had great views. It was so nice to be able to have laundry and kitchen facilities also.
I booked 2 rooms under the same booking (one for us and one for friends). I thought we'd be put by each other but were not. They were on a different floor and had different layout. Due to this, they were affected by the noise from the Skyline Sips bar which affected their stay.
The coffee machine didn't work the entire time we were there.
The AC was nice to have but it didn't cool down to the temperature we had chosen. Hassle to have to leave the key in the utility box at the door when we left each in order for it to try and be cool upon our return each day.

Room was lovely and location was great.
The price of the rooms per night due to Edinburgh fringe festival. I expect it to be slightly higher but not at the rate hotels are charging.
