This beautiful boutique hotel is perfectly situated a block from the Royal mile and an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The room was so comfortable and beautifully eclectic with all the amenities you’d ever want. The best part by far is the hotel staff. They seem to anticipate all of our needs and took care of us like we were the most important customers they’d ever had. I highly recommend the House of Gods to anyone visiting Edinburgh.

The place is a bit of a maze and quite dark, but it's beautifully decorated and the staff is incredibly attentive and helpful. It was very comfy, and the cabin room wasn't as small as I was expecting which was nice. It's excellent for a short stay, but I don't think I could deal with the wet room bathroom for an extended time period.

Such a fun and unique hotel in a fantastic location right in Edinburgh’s Old Town! House of Gods has a very moody, dramatic, glamorous atmosphere, it honestly makes you feel like royalty for the night.
We only stayed one night, but we absolutely enjoyed the experience. It’s definitely different from your typical hotel, and that’s exactly what makes it so much fun. Great location, memorable atmosphere, and a place I would definitely recommend if you want something a little more unique during your Edinburgh stay.
