Great location, clean room, nice modern shower and a glass of fizz on arrival
1 lift was out of order for the duration of our stay which often meant using the stairs. Could not work the air cons but didn’t ask for help.

Rooms are clean. Good location but we didn't take the breakfast.
Felt disappointed regarding our recent stay. We were assigned a second-floor accessible room without requesting one. The open design of the wheelchair-accessible bathroom meant the entire floor remained wet after every shower. Considering the premium price per night and the fact that higher floors had plenty of vacant rooms, being placed in this room was frustrating. We were too busy to request a room change at the desk, but we expected a better experience for the price paid.
