The room had everything I needed, the bedding was excellent, there was plenty of room, and I had an interesting view. The staff was really nice and helpful.
I really appreciated the help with my luggage up to my room....I don't mind the stairs except for when I arrived with my luggage, so it was greatly appreciated, after just having climbed a couple hundred steps up from the train station!!

Location was perfect. Stayed here twice during our trip - when we first arrived in Edinburgh and we returned from the Highlands. Staff were friendly and professional.

The location is perfect for sightseeing and shopping. Our room was spacious, clean, fantastic water pressure and the bed was so comfortable. Very good lighting in the room and bathroom.
