Great location in old town. Clean rooms. The staff was cordial and the breakfast varied and delicious.

Staff were very friendly; helpful in providing information about the area. Amenities were mentionable with free mini bar and snacks; Dyson hair dryer; hair straightener and steamer. Bed was comfortable. 7th floor Nor Loft for overlooking the city!

Very nicely located right by the Waverley station.
The rooms are lovely, very well appointed.

It was a pleasant surprise to be offered champagne upon check-in, excellent in room coffee availability with coffee grinder. There were snacks available in the room as well. It was nice to find a miniature gift candle at our door when we came home from the day out because we had requested Green service that day… (No need to come and clean our room).
The location worked out well. The sliding wooden “door”to cover the windows gave a complete black out!
