We stayed for 5 nights and we had the best time in Edinburgh
Check-in/check-out experience was very smooth
Staff friendliness and professionalism was excellent
We had a little issue but was promptly resolved by the staff

Room cleanliness and comfort was good with the best view in the world
Housekeeping was very helpful
Shannon who served us our drinks was very friendly
Location was perfect with easy access to near enough everything
Breakfast selection was great
