The location was amazing and very close to public transport. The city centre can also be reached by foot if you are open to taking a little walk. There‘s many coffeeshops and little grocery stores in the neighbourhood. It was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. The area was nice and quiet.
The building is a tad bit older and there‘s only shared bathrooms, so do not expect luxury. Although that was still totally fine given we knew all of that beforehand.

I liked the idea of Guest House, having my own room but having other guests in the House, made it exciting. I am naturally a social person, so I got speaking to some of the guests wishing them well in their day. The location is brilliant, close to a park, for dog walkers and families and anyone wanting to get some fresh air. Then not far was the city centre. An incredible location I must admit.
The beds aren't the comfiest. I slept well it wasn't a major issue but their was a noticeable discomfort on my back. I slept at the edge of the bed closest to the wall side this was comfiest.

Location was ok, value for money... rooms were very big, bed was comfortable.
Previous guest that used the shower left hair all over bottom of bath, had to clean it myself before it was used.
Needs new pillows or extra pillows provided, they were a little flat.
Tv would have been good - plenty of space to have one in the room.

The room was spacious, tidy, overlooked the garden. There was free WiFi. The checking in instructions were very clear.
The room is big enough that there could be a small fridge/microwave/TV in there. I think without breakfast, it would make sense to give people the option to self-cater, either in their rooms or a shared kitchen area. There needs to be obvious plugs near to the beds - I use a machine to help me breathe at night and we had to pull the bed out to find a plug behind there. This could be easily fixed with an extension cable. Likewise, some little bedside tables with a lamp on would be good.
