Easy check in and location with great price. Was met by nice lad who checked me straight in and explained everything. Best sleep ive had in a while very clean and cosy. Would deff use again.

Close to the centre. Straightforward hostess. Clean and comfortable room. Good enough for one night in a convenient location.
I was placed in a room at the front of the building and right next to the front door, so I was woken a few times throughout the night by people knocking, ringing the door bell, talking, and stomping through the hallway. It wasn't a big issue as I was only staying the one night, but if I had booked for longer, it would have bothered me.

Very clean and a really comfortablebed. In a nice quiet street away from too much noise
We stayed when the Edinburgh Festival was on and so it was very expensive for basic accommodation. There are not many facilities onsite
