The common room is nice, feels like a bar. The bed was good and soft. The atmosphere was good, and enough storage in the room.
The shower facilities are lacking, there are no places to hang clothes/toiletries but the shower itself is fine. The location is okay and next to Dean village, but the distance to the city center is quite far if you are walking this everytime. It feels like the cleanings can be more regular, especially under the bottom bunks.

Lovely location architecturally and not far from Haymarket. Beautiful old building with a stylish common area and bar. Well decorated but be prepared for stairs. Room looked good and the bathroom was well appointed.
The three tier bunks aren't comfortable. You can't sit up in bed and I was constantly hitting my head. The mattress wasn't comfortable so I slept on top of the duvet. The room was a good temperature but for some reason my neighbour had some kind of fan unit going all night, right by my head. So remember ear plugs!
